First of all…please mark your calendars that the March Event…. (The Triple Play) date has changed to Sunday March 21st. The reasons for this change are many. I will continue to remind everyone of the date change as we get closer. Please sign up in the pro shop now. The sign up deadline is Wednesday March 17th.
We had a great turnout for this month’s Stroke Play Event. Scoring was pretty good with a gross 68 by Eric Murphy to win the blue flight and a gross 80 by John Leuer to win the white flight. Also congratulations to Bill Hargus our net winner in the blue flight and Sam Sung our net winner in the white flight.
The results and the update on the points championship are, as always, attached files to this e-mail. You will be hearing more….but we have come up with an excellent package for our points championship this year. We will be paying more places than ever and I would put the total prize worth at better than $2000.00!
Golf this week at The Ranch:
We have tee times on Wednesday for skins at noon.
We also have tee times for Friday at noon.
The Ranch Team is at The Retreat this Saturday for a Team Play match. I have made no other tee times at The Ranch….so if you are not involved in the Team Play match and want to play you need to call the shop and reserve a time. For the Ranch Team Players, I will send out the roster on Wednesday.

First of all…this mailing includes a significant number of new recipients. My mailing list has been updated to include any members on the 2010 membership roster not previously on my list.
If you do not wish to continue to receive the weekly e-mails about what is happening with The Ranch Men’s Club…please respond to this e-mail and indicate that you would like to be removed from the mailing list…….and you will be.
Golf this week:
Wednesday skins….tee times begin at noon.
Friday tee times begin at 11:00.
Saturday we have a Team Play match at The Ranch against Oak Quarry. I have not made tee times other than those scheduled for Team Play….so if you would like to play on Saturday…please call the pro shop and reserve a tee time. The playing roster for Saturday’s match will be e-mailed to team members on Wednesday.
Reminder……Our February tournament is next Sunday the 28th. The format is individual stroke play. If we have enough players signed up we will run two flights….blue & white tees. If not then the event will be contested from blue. The deadline to sign up is Wednesday night the 24th. I will be sending tee times and pairings out on Thursday
I have taken the liberty to attach to this e-mail a copy of our 2010 tournament schedule for those of you that are new or anyone else who does not have a copy.
Please pay attention to the date of our March event as it as been changed due to a scheduling conflict at the course.

Sorry for the late info this week
We WILL NOT have the skins game this Wednesday as the Team Play members have a practice round at Oak Quarry.
Friday we have 3 tee times at The Ranch starting at 12:00.
Saturday there is a Team Play match at Oak Quarry. For those players not involved in Saturday’s match I have reserved 2 tee times at 11:10 and 11:20 at The Ranch. I would appreciate anyone playing at The Ranch on Saturday to be sure and confirm so I can be sure there are no unused tee times.
Please respond with your playing plans. There has been a significant number of guys that are not responding and showing up to play. Glad to have you but LET ME KNOW!

We have our regular skins game on Wednesday. The times begin at 11:00.
Friday we have a couple of times beginning at 12:20. Space is limited on Friday due to a tournament…so let me know.
Saturday there is a Team Play match at The Ranch. Our opponent is The Champions Course at The Retreat. That’s a mouth full. I have not made tee times for Saturday so if you’re not involved in the Team Play match….you’re on your own.

This week does not look promising weather-wise.
Wednesday weather permitting the bulk of players will be at The Retreat for the Team Play practice round so there will be no Wednesday Skins. Team PLayers need t let me know by Monday if they plan to play the practice round.
Friday we have a couple of tee times at 11:40…..weather permitting.
Saturday….weather permitting the Team match is at The Retreat.
I am not making tee times for Saturday as I do not think there was much use made of those I reserved last week. So if you’re not involved in the team play match you’re on your own.
