Guys,
First of all there was a typo on the last e-mail. Thanks to John Leuer for pointing it out. The first Team Play match is 1/23 not 1/13.
At The Ranch this week we have our regular skins game. The 18 hole game begins at Noon and the twilight 9 will be around 2:15.
Friday….Merry Christmas!
Saturday we have tee times beginning at 11:10. If there is any interest in playing on Thursday contact Mike Curtis or you can let me know.
FYI The Men’s Club does have a website that is administered by Mark & Sean Davidson. If you want to check it out you can go to mvrmensclub.com. If you miss one of my e-mails or accidently deleted one you can go to the site and it contains all the e-mails that are sent out. The tournament schedule as well as other Men’s Club info can be found there. There are also links to other related sites found on our page. Thanks to Mark & Sean for keeping us updated on all that is going on.
Please respond to this e-mail with your playing plans this week.

Guys,
After last week’s rain delay….we finally got our last event for 2009 completed. We had great weather this weekend to complete our 2009 schedule. Congratulations to the winners and thanks to everyone who came out!
Would also like to take this opportunity to thank Jeff Johnson, Richard Martin, Brandon Hillpot, Rick Wooten, Sochie and the entire staff for all the support that makes playing at The Ranch such a great experience!
Yesterday’s results also marks the completion of our Points Championship Race for 2009. In my memory there was one other race for this prestigious award that had such a close finish. However…in the end…there can only be one winner! Congratulations to champion Dave Golden for the come from behind victory over Mike Curtis our runner-up for 2009. The margin of victory was 5 points! Jeff Johnson has once again graciously contributed a new set of irons for our champion golfer of the year.
Our first event for 2010 is January 24th (Sunday) ….a two man best ball competition. You can pair with a member or invite a guest. Let’s get 2010 off to a great start with a full field of players.
Team Play competition begins on Saturday January 13th with an at home match against Eagle Glen. Those of you signed up for Team Play will receive a separate notice of a team meeting in the near future. Please plan to attend.
As always….the event results and updated (final) points championship files for 2009 are attached to this e-mail.
Deb and myself pray that you and your families and friends will have the Merriest Christmas and that this holiday season will bring you great peace and abundant joy! If I don’t see you before then….have a Happy (and safe) New Year as well!
See Ya At The “Ranch”!
